Recurring payments are just the beginning. Your club deserves a platform built for everything that comes next.

You’ve invested in Toast. Your team knows it, your business runs on it, and now you’ve discovered that Toast offers subscriptions.

So you might be wondering:

“Why would I need WineView if Toast already does subscriptions?”

Because running a successful club involves a lot more than charging a credit card every month.

It’s about managing memberships, delivering exceptional experiences, keeping members engaged, and creating opportunities to grow.

Toast helps you process recurring subscriptions. WineView helps you build a membership business around them.

And the best part? They work together.

1. Your Club Is More Than a Recurring Payment

Think about everything that happens after someone signs up.

They choose a membership. They expect benefits. They may receive regular product releases, exclusive offers, or special experiences.

Your team needs to manage those expectations while keeping billing, inventory, fulfillment, and customer information organized.

That’s a lot more than a recurring charge.

WineView was built specifically for these operational demands.

With WineView, you can create flexible membership tiers, manage recurring billing, organize releases, coordinate fulfillment, and connect member benefits to your POS.

Instead of building a club around a subscription feature, you’re building it on a platform designed for club management.

2. A Better Member Experience Starts at the POS

Your members shouldn’t feel like strangers when they walk through your doors.

Imagine a longtime member visiting your tasting room or restaurant.

Your team should be able to recognize their membership and understand the benefits they’ve earned.

WineView connects membership information and benefits with Toast, helping your staff identify members and access relevant club details through the supported integration.

That creates a more connected experience between your membership program and your day-to-day operations.

Because your members shouldn’t have to remind you they’re members.

And your staff shouldn’t need complicated workarounds to deliver the experience you’ve promised.

3. Growing Your Club Shouldn’t Mean Growing Your Workload

More members should be an opportunity, not an operational headache.

But as your club grows, so do the moving pieces.

More releases. More orders. More inventory to coordinate. More pickups and shipments. More member requests.

WineView brings these workflows together.

From flexible club structures and release management to fulfillment and inventory synchronization, WineView helps your team manage the complexity behind a growing membership program.

Rather than adding manual work every time your club expands, you have dedicated tools designed to support those operations.

More members. Less administrative friction. More time to focus on your business.

4. Don’t Just Acquire Members. Give Them Reasons to Stay.

Signing someone up is only the beginning of the relationship.

The real opportunity comes from keeping members engaged, delivering consistent value, and building loyalty over time.

WineView connects membership information, club activity, and member benefits to help businesses manage those relationships.

And with its expanding marketing and customer engagement capabilities, WineView is being designed to support more of the member journey.

From understanding your members to creating opportunities for engagement, the goal is to help you build a club people want to remain part of.

Because the value of a membership isn’t just the first payment. It’s the relationship that follows.

5. Keep the POS You Love. Add the Club Platform You Need.

Here’s what makes WineView particularly compelling for businesses already using Toast.

You don’t have to replace Toast.

WineView is an official Toast integration partner.

Toast continues to handle your point-of-sale operations, while WineView provides specialized club management capabilities.

Together, they connect memberships, recurring billing, inventory, fulfillment, and member benefits.

You get to keep the familiar Toast experience while adding the dedicated tools needed to manage your club.

Toast powers your point of sale. WineView powers your membership program.

The Difference Is What Happens After Someone Subscribes.

A recurring payment doesn’t automatically create a successful club.

The experience you deliver, the relationships you build, and the systems supporting your team all matter.

That’s why WineView was built to go beyond subscription billing.

One connected platform to help you manage your club, serve your members, and create more opportunities for growth.

And because WineView works with Toast, you don’t have to choose between your POS and your club.

You can have both.

Your Club Deserves More Than a Subscription Feature.

You’ve worked hard to build your business.

Your membership program should be an extension of that success, not another collection of administrative tasks.

WineView helps you bring memberships, releases, fulfillment, member benefits, and customer relationships together.

So your team can focus less on managing the moving pieces and more on delivering the experiences that keep members coming back.

Don’t just offer subscriptions. Build a club worth belonging to.
