Calivence is a fine dining restaurant with inspired wine tasting experiences — the culinary destination of Fredericksburg, Texas. Our wines are grown on our family's four-acre estate vineyard in Los Olivos, Santa Barbara, where the grapes are farmed organically using regenerative techniques. The Calivence Wine Club is your invitation to that vineyard. Four times a year, a curated selection of our limited-production estate reds and whites — among them our celebrated 2022 "Journey" Estate Red Blend — arrives at your door, each bottle an expression of the soil, the season and the hands that tended it. Choose the membership that suits your table: - 3 Bottle Club — three bottles each season, 10% savings on all wine, and complimentary tastings for you and a guest. - 6 Bottle Club — six bottles each season, 15% savings on all wine, and complimentary tastings for you and three guests. - 12 Bottle Club — twelve bottles each season, 20% savings on all wine, and complimentary tastings for you and five guests. Every membership includes tastings in our Fredericksburg tasting room, set within an 1869 limestone house on Main Street, and an invitation to member-only gatherings: new-release celebrations, private tastings and journeys to the estate in Los Olivos.
